Echinachea

Is it safe to give my 9mth. Old and 2yr. Old store bought echinachea tea?

No as even the pre packed stuff is a bit iffy... There is no dosage relationship and even hard to tell what out of the many species are used.

I would not use herbal remedies on a small child unless they have been evaluated by a certified herbalist or naturopath and had the appropriate dosage prescribed. Most herbal supplements are not regulated and the actual dosage varies widely. I would not consider any of them safe for a nine month old.

Okay. Thank you very much. I was not sure as the box didnt say. Nice to know there are certified herbalists to attend children. I wonder if obama care covers that.
