Curse or being paranoid?

I was fixing my mom's bed and I found some really long straight red streaks on the top left side of her mattress where the pillow should be. I occasionally sleep with my mom when I or she is sick and needs looking after, and that area is where I usually sleep. My mom never sleeps in that area (thank god) but my brother occasionally sleeps there when he doesn't want to sleep alone. It looks as if someone took a large red permanent marker and drew 12 straight lines but there was no rub off. I feel like they were there before but I just forgot about them. I'm worried because there is a women who I suspect would put a curse on me because shes done it in the past and it messed my game up! I posted pics on my profile if anyone wants to see them. Right after I took the pics I noticed 2 streaks on my sheets that I swear wasn't there before! It was more prominent in the back, of the sheets, but I can see it clearly from the front too and I didn't notice them before. I looked online to see what causes that and could find nothing. Am I being paranoid or should I do a protective spell on my family? Has anyone experienced something like this before? I would also like to know what type of spell could this person be casting that would use straight lines like that, so I can better protect myself. I don't want to do anything to her but just do a spell to protect myself and family. Any insight on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

How old is your brother and could he have done it? I know my son has a tendency to draw on whatever is nearby when he finds a marker xD

If you're worried that it could be a curse you could burn some bay and sandalwood together. Walk around the house (especially in the room you found the marks in) and tell all negative energy to leave the area. The combination of the two is well known for curse breaking. I doubt it is one but you'd make the place smell wonderful in the process so why not! :)

Thank you for responding, I posted pics just now if you want to see them. He's 16 and he rarely goes into that room. I don't have anyone younger than my cousin who is 13 come into that room and when I do have kids there I'm usually with them.

I would take a black marker and cross the lines with your own making a hashtag return to sender symbol.

Is that a thing or are you just kidding? I never heard of that before, if its a thing can you go into detail of what I should do or say while I do that? To be honest I really don't want to deal with whoever sent me that, I don't like putting spells on people who don't know they're in it! When she did that to me, I was off my game for years! I'm still recovering.

Its what i would do. Kind of the same idea as alot of forms of spell petitions. Simple but effective.

Take a cleansing breath. Ground and center. Focus your angry, defensive, im not going to put up with this energy into your task. Get a black sharpy and draw an equaly thick and long line across the lines that she drew like a plus sign while chanting return to sender.
