How to remove a curse?

Hi, I think I've been cursed with ill health and am not getting better. Does anyone know a spell that would tell me if I have been cursed and how to remove it?

There isn't any spell to say if you have been cursed you could try meditation or divination to find out if you have been cursed. Likewise, it might not be a curse, your ill health could be a number of things. This weather is making many people sick, pour nutrition, or stress can also factor in. If you have a build up of energy, this could also make you sick.

First, ground yourself, and have a cleansing bath in salt water to remove any built up negative energy including a hex. Just pour the water over you, breathe deep, relax, and visualize/feel all negative energy being washed away. When ready, pull the plug and visualize/feel all negativity being taken down the drain away from you. After cleansing, wear a protection charm to keep the negative energy away. Daily shielding would also help.

In regards to your illness, hot honey and lemon can sooth a soar throat. Another trick is to take boiling salt water, pour it into a bowl, place a towel over, put your head under the towel and breathe deeply to get rid of phlegm. You should also talk to your doctor to see if you have a cold, infection, or something else.
