Projection

This morning i tried to astral project and i got in the vibration state and my legs and arms came out of my body but then i suddenly i popped back and i started to have a lucid dream does any one know where i went wrong?

It happens sometimes. A noise, the sudden realization and excitement that are projecting, anything really, can cause you to pop back. Don't worry about it. You did well. Keep trying.

Thanks i was worried already but now i know it happens to other people as wel i think i will give it a try again tomorrow
