i hav call back my dreams by a week by now, since i have experienced the results three days i have been having a non-stopping headache. is there any link?

Though as with any dream the meaning is buried in your subconscious or simply your mind creates it over experiences you have had and worries that you hold onto ultimately meaning nothing spectacular or mystical. It could be numerous things.
okay, the dreams are many. i was having bad dreams everynight and i wos cry and wake up my brother, i do dream recall to cal my good dreams. the result are there.
1) one of the dreams are i dreamed my astral body flying around the earth....
and also i dreamed my thirdeye being able to see spiritual things, but i havnt activated it. the dreams are more spiritual. the headaches is coming from the brain inside to my forehead, thatz it brothers. waiting 4 help
Possibly it is just working yourself up over something miniscule. Just take a deep breath and relax. The nightmares depending on what they are may or may not be connect. I cannot nor can anyone else possibly know if there is some sort of connection.
Sometimes headaches are caused from stress. If you wear glasses it could be just the lens aren't correct or you are not wearing them frequently. There are multiple possiblities of what can cause a headache so we cannot be sure on anything.
