ive never seen one, and ive never seen anyone produce an effect on video, so im gonna say no.

No psi balls cannot be seen like many other things in magic such as chakras, you can only sense them.

Wait, if you can Auras can't you see the energy around the psi ball? I have read many times that 'EVERYTHING' has energy.

Some people can 'see' them but in the same was some see auras or spirits. Most of the time, its felt or sensed and never is it a physical manifestation.

Not through the physical eyes.
If you believe them to be "visible" than you will "see" them.
If you do not then you will not.

If you can see energy you can see a psi ball very clearly.
However there is also flaring,in psionics working with psi balls is basics and flaring is making them visible.Its a very popular topic in psionic forums(like Psi Guild).
