No. No spell is built on just words. There needs to be meaning and energy associated with them. There is no all-powerful word that causes miracles. No abracadabra or alakazam.
Hope this helped.

More words more substance to the spell depends what spell you are trying but be frank.

Words of power, yes. Sentient beings? I honestly had to google that. So, essentially you want to say "open sesame" and have doors open or "sleep" and have people sleep? No. That's where you're traveling into fiction and it's erroneous depictions of magick. You could, however, concentrate on a word as a mantra to bring forth that influence into your life. You could vibrate certain words like the famous "om" to effect yourself, especially your wellness as a whole. You could use words of power, generally names, such as "the names of god" used in many Golden Dawn magick including the LBRP to protect yourself and cleanse. You could use words like ABRACADABRA within a spell, but it is not the word that is important but the magic square in creates. Magic squares create a whole avenue of interesting "words". The Norse Futhark rune names are "galdr"-ed (chanted or sung) to produce change. But don't expect it to be instantaneous and extravagant like in the movies. I could go on. But if you are interested in language and it's use in magick, I suggest the book by Patrick Dunn called Magic Power Language Symbol: A Magicians Exploration of Linguistics

That sounds like how some hypnotist do hypnosis. But that works by putting someone in a state and then associating a word with that state so when they hear the word they would usually re-enter that state. Although this doesn't always work the way you want it to and you would have to do the hypnosis first which unless your doing anything unethical they would have to consent to. However some magic is similar to doing hypnosis without the person being anywhere near you although it has not worked in the same way and has never been used to do something like word association and I doubt that's even possible with magick.
