Binding or Banishing?

I'm not sure what type of spell to cast - a binding or banishing spell. I really need this person to completely get out of my life and my child's life. This person is in jail for what he did to my child but he keeps trying to appeal the court decision over and over. Each time we get a new court order stating we have to show up for court it brings back the feelings of sadness and helplessness for us, even though it's been years. I understand there's consequences to everything, but at this point, I just need this person to disappear.

From the sound of it, what your best option would be is a banishing spell. Banishing rituals are used to drive away love, friendship, health, and so on. That applies hurt and memories. Using the banishing ritual to drive away what needs to be driven away, such as said person.
Best of luck!

Yep, a banishing spell would be the best for this type of situation. I only recommend that when legal action isn't possible though. Sounds like you are one of those cases. Therefore, look for a spell or create your own designed to banish this person from your life because they cause too much harm.

You could do a banishing. However, for something like this I personally suggest what they call a "cut and draw" ritual. They work wonders for getting rid of bad habits and bad people from your life, while replacing them with more positive things. Here is a link to an article explaining how to do one ;)
