Astral projection

I have heard of astral projection loads of times but not the best technique or what the advantages and dis advantages are Can some one help please

YOu have to try tons before you find the one that works for you.

Not necessarily. Robert Monroe, one of the most famous astral projectors, did it by accident the first time (he was researching sleep-learning.) So did my own advisor.

I only tried one technique, it took three years of nightly meditations for me to make it work but it's the one I prefer and recommend. It's only as difficult as you make it.

I should have said you may have to try several techniques. I have a technique that hasn't gotten me out yet but it has gotten me very close.
