Spirit Or Imagination?

A little while ago I saw a cloudly formless figure,and I feel as if I'm not alone.Theres also a low humming noise that doesn't seem to be coming from this plane,,,if that makes any sense.
The noise is in my head,but its not?It's hard to explain.
I've never worked with spirits or entitys other than my Patron Goddess,so,I have no idea if this could just be my imagination or a spirit.
I feel quite uneasy,and I keep looking over to where I saw the figure in the first place.
While writing this,I saw the cloudy thing again,and heard a low whispering noise.
Does this sound like it would be a spirit?How should I handle this situation?

I think a cleansing would help you regardless of what it is.

so it sounds like you may have a spirit living with you. As mentioned above you can try cleansing your house. protection spells can help if you feel like it may harm you or you feel uneasy. i actually had the same problem so i tried a protection spell. You could also put sea salt on the window sills and doors. this is basically like a barrier i'm quite sure.

If it makes you uneasy, ask it to leave and then try doing a cleansing to wash out whatever is left of it. As mentioned before, afterward you might want to put some salt across your doors and windows.

I would try meditating on it, doing some divination like tarot readings or pendulum work to figure it out. Keep your mind open.

first thing when see it again relax your mind and ask gaia/mother nature to make an drainhole for bad energies in your house and thenthe sun for prothons from the sun and fill your house whith it if it is bad it wil go trugh the drainhole and it shoould come back as positive

Since you are feeling uneasy, I would suggest a cleansing and then protection to keep it out. If you're ok with it being there, you could try communicating. Sometimes they are lost and searching for the light. You can help them across by talking and instructing, like, "Do you see a light? You need to go to the light", etc. Could also be someone checking on you, or visiting you, like a relative who has passed. Do what you want, just be safe.

Sounds like a ghost, and others have already given you some really good advice. I'm going to throw in my 2 cents. Watch this spirit, see what it does. If it keeps doing the same things over and over at the same times, then he won't have anything to do with you unless you try to break it's cycle. If you just stay out of it's way it will move on in its own time. In the mean time, you can practice your skills of seeing by watching and studying it. If it moves around on its own, independent of a cycle, then by all means try to get rid of it. I'd advise NOT to do this alone. If things go bad, it's always better have someone else there to give you courage. Keep in mind, you are stronger than it. If you weren't, a cleansing wouldn't work. The only way to make it stronger is to give it power with your fear, so don't fear it.

Could be a cloud sprite I've seen a cloud sprite they live in the clouds.
