need help

I am new to this and was just wonder how to chanel energy the spell I want to do says you need lots of energy and I realize I probably sound stupid but I would like to know how to get energy?

Energy is all around us as well as inside us. When we cast we need to use the energy outside ourselves, using the energy inside our bodies can drain us, and might make us sick depending on how much you used in the spell. Look into basic energy work; charging, grounding, centering, shielding and psi balls.

You need to ground the negative energy, center yourself, and charge energy from outside before you cast the spell. Also, once done the spell, be sure to ground any extra energy. While having too little energy can harm us, having too much can have the same effect on our body.
