Spirit contact

So i am a beginner,and i have learn about some inner power or chi with the stomach breath,and then i have a spirit on my vessel,how to see my spirit inside my vessel with my chi?or maybe how to open my third eye chakra with my chi?thanks

Hmm im not totally sure... Try closing closing your eyes, taking deep breaths, relax, meditate, and visualize what you believe your spirit looks like describe in your mind every detail and every feature.
