When I'm talking about transformation spells, I'm not talking about spells that 'transform' you into a new person, or beauty spells. I'm talking about spells that give you abilities. now, are they real? If so, how?
Technically, vampires and werewolves and stuff are not real. However, there are people who have similar (but not all) abilities such as those fictional creatures.
'Supernaturals' are just people with abilities. It's just a name. They are the same species, they are still HUMAN who can manifest, manipulate, etc things and events and such.
Transformation and trick spells:
Trick spells are similar to transformation spells as well, but tend to give only one ability. However, transformation spells tend to give a GROUP of abilities. Often, these are a group of abilities with a title, such as 'vampire', 'seer',
'enhancer' and etc.
But please remember that A spell cannot permanently turn you into something you are not, and cannot give you abilities forever. it may last an hour, a day, a week, a couple months or more. However, it cannot last longer than a year.
Also, you cannot permanently get 'turned' by a bite or scratch, or etc. Thats just not how it goes.
A blood transfuion (just a drop) has shown to work, but is extremely dangerous
Then, sexual intercourse is possible, but extremely rare .
Basically, if your body cannot store so much energy, then you may get ill from it. Signs that may show you that you can't handle a lot of energy? If you are not good at spells, for one. But, that also depends on your practice, etc.
It also depends on if you have a high absorption rate (which will also make someone good at spells)
People with abilities are actually common. Not rare. Of corse, people without abilities have a higher population than people with abilities, but that's okay.
Also, I would NOT recommend just automatically believing someone that claims they have abilities. Even myself, EVEN if I sound like I know a lot, I don't recommend automatically believing me.

but do me a favor, have your own state of mind. Believe in what YOU believe. and I'm saying this even if it means you don't believe in what I am saying right now.
I also recommend you to not only automatically believe everything on the internet, (EVEN BOOKS) but to EXPERIMENT with it yourself.
So, if you need any help with anything, you can message me. For me, I will sometimes listen to someone's opinions and beliefs but still experiment with it later on to see if I believe it myself. :)

No, it's fact. And it's logical. A spell does not have the power to change the laws of nature. A spell will not grant you any abilities that alter you physically. You cannot manipulate or create things out of thin air.
Blood transfusions are not going to "turn" you into anything, and to suggest it is dangerous.
Where do you get your information? I do agree with your suggestion to study, experiment, and don't believe everything someone tells you no matter their rank, but there are some facts that should not be ignored. People get ranked high and considered 'knowledgeable' in a field for a reason; they studied, experimented and discovered the truth. They simply wish to help by informing new members so they don't run into similar problems.
Magick is energy. As it has been said a million times before [and many more times to follow] real magick is nothing like what you see in movies. Movies, tv, and books wish to entertain, this is real life. In reality, magick cannot go against nature. It is not a fix all, it is not something to entertain people with, it is a force we call on when we need help. Not something to play with, not something to grant you super powers with because you want to feel special. If you follow this path, while you have rules and limitations, it is spiritually rewarding, and you will gain inner power. Please note i mean inner peace and inner strength/confidence, not elemental control and becoming a half-gargoyle or something.
