Please help Horrid Dreams

I've been having different nightmares in sense and a lot of them are coming true, yes I can see things no one should, and yes I had a spirit once attached but, I have no clue with these dreams please help me.

What are these dreams of? Can you describe these dreams a little more?

A lot of my future, that I'm being watched a little too closely when I walk home at night, that I need to be careful. More or so something will happen. I do not fear much but, these dreams are hard to deal with. They also have someone in there looking out for me but, some are from a past life, not for the future. The future is what is concerning me because if it corresponds with a life from the past it won't end well. How should I go about them?

Perhaps you can re-enter the dream, the memories of the dream, in a meditation. This can't/won't help or make these dreadful events come to pass any faster, so all you're doing is exploring why this is coming to you and what it could mean.

So, at every turn of the event in the meditation on the memory of the dream, every rise in emotion, anything interesting or off that captures your attention, ask, "Why this? What does it mean?" Feel the question, and if the memory sort of changes, or if you get an idea or a new feeling, then make note of that.

Well theres much more I just don't feel comfortable stating all in a public place. There is so many things going on at once I am just like what do I do because there is no end
