Natural Antibiotic Recipe

This has been such a relief for me, as I'm naturally prone to sinus infections. Here you all go:

Combine one crushed/diced garlic clove that has been sitting out for 15 minutes (allows allicin to accumulate) with one teaspoon raw honey and ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, and mix together.

Take appox ¼ of the mixture and swallow it, washing it down with warm tea or water. Finish the mixture.

Do this 2-3 times daily, every day while symptoms persist, and a few days afterward. Note: you can also sprinkle it on food and take it that way, if you find that more palatable. Ideas include pasta and pizza---skip the honey and put the garlic/cayenne mixture in pasta sauce or top a slice of pizza with it. Finish with tea and put the honey in that instead. If you don't have raw honey, I've used organic honey, and that worked just fine.

HALF a teaspoon cayenne pepper and take a QUARTER of the mixture you've made and take it as a dose. The website wouldn't allow fractions for some reason, lol.

Nice post. It is also important to note that a medicinal strength dose of garlic is 2 medium cloves. So the above should be repeated 2-3 times a day depending on the amount of garlic consumed. You can also choose boil a cup of water or broth, shut off heat and pop the diced garlic in there covered so that no steam can escape. Drink after it's cooled. It will trap the oils in the water but take the heat out. I do this for my kids.

Anyone taking blood thinners, anyone going in for surgery any time soon (or just recently) or those that have blood disorders like hemophilia should not consume garlic medicinally because it thins the blood and could cause medical complications.
