Spells like fireballs, teleportation or flying are Hollywood. They are NOT possible. However, there are other spells such as money or weather spells that work. Learn the basics, and just practice! Try the Newbie section.
Well, if you're serious about learning how to do magic and with starting from the rock-bottom then you don't start out by casting spells, you start out by learning how and why magic works.
You see, there is no such thing as an "easy" spell or a "beginner" spell. One either understands how magic works and has mastered the basics...in which case the magic will work..or you haven't done that sort of work..and no spell will work no matter how "easy" it seems.
Casting a successful spell involves much more than finding some spell on the internet or in a book, saying some words, lighting a candle, waving a wand of any of that sort of thing. In order for magic to work you need to understand how and why it works in the first place. Grounding and centering, visualization, focus and intent, energy manipulation, etc are all necessary first steps to even begin to have a chance at a spell actually working...and more importantly to prevent a spell from back-firing on you.
So, my advice for anyone who is truly serious is to start by reading a few books and practicing the exercises those books will give you. Once you have mastered the basics you won't need anyone to give you spells, you'll be able to create your own spells that will be far more effective than anything you find on the net. Here's the books I suggest:
"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman
"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar
I am glad it works for me, after casting my own spell yesterday someone from nowhere approach me with abusiness today and she gave me material to start a small business. she promise to give extra material tomorrow.

Well these are not my words. Being honest These are copied from the actual text by Brian Dickinson.
A Spell is a ritual wish. Just about everybody has cast a Spell at sometime
or other, without actually knowing what they were doing!
If you have ever carried out the ¡°ritual¡± of blowing out the candles on a
cake, and then making a silent wish, then you have cast a Spell!
Ever pulled a wishbone? That¡¯s another Spell. Thrown salt over your
shoulder ¡°for good luck¡±. It¡¯s a Spell!
So a Spell is very like a prayer. The difference is that a prayer is asking
for help from your God, whatever your God may be. A Spell is a
do-it-yourself operation!
For instance, a devout Catholic may go into church, buy a small candle,
light it from the other candles on the rack, and then say a prayer asking
for help from God, or a Saint.
They have cast a Spell. They are just not aware of it!
Do Spells work? Of course they do. Sometimes they do, sometimes not; just
as prayers sometimes work, and sometimes not.
Now let us look at a witch¡¯s Spell.
We must go back in time. At least two thousand years. Before the Catholic
Church tried to stamp out the Craft. When the old witch in the village was
the only ¡°doctor¡±. In those days there were very few Doctors, mainly in
the cities, not in remote villages.
Let us start with a woman of the village having a bad headache. She would
consult the local witch. The witch would make some ¡°magic signs¡±, mumble
some ¡°magic words¡±, and then give the woman a potion to drink. Would the
Spell really work? Certainly!
Hey, presto! The headache disappears!
What about the signs and the words? Well, a witch made her living by
getting a few pennies for ¡°healing¡± people. The signs and magic words were
all sincerely believed by the witch and the patients. But in reality they
mostly served to keep the ¡°treatment¡±, very secret; known only to the very
few witches.
So now let us see what the witch really did.
She would go in secret, and cut some new bark from a willow tree, with an
equal amount of the wild herb Meadowsweet. Pound both bark and herb into a
paste, then boil it in water to turn the paste into a liquid. She may put
into it some flower fragrance to hide the nasty taste of the potion.
Now, the witch would not have a name for this potion. To her, it was magic.
As it was also to the person cured of a headache. It was ¡°magic¡±; and so it
is!
But modern scientists know exactly what that potion was; and I will tell
you.
It is a drug that is the most widely used medicine in the world. Millions
of people take it every day. Because I have heart disease, I must take this
drug every day to stay alive!
Because, you see, willow tree bark and Meadowsweet are very rich in
Salicylic Acid.
Do know what that is?
It¡¯s Aspirin! It¡¯s magic!
Merry meet.

Because of an update in the past, anyone can post a spell if they join spell casters, so there is an immense amount of fluff. I reccomend asking a person who has an "adept", "knowledgeable", or "expert" label. Also, writing your own spells are most effective. There is an article here somewhere on how to go about writing your own spells.

Hope this helped.
Blessed be.
The Charmed Truth spell worked extremely well for me. I tried it last night as I had lost a good friend for reasons I couldn't even imagine and nobody was saying why the person was upset - including the friend who left me. By supper time tonight I had the answer as to what had happened. A person who called me her "friend" started a rumor to get the guy to break ties with me. Awesome stuff guys!
