I have been casting spells for months now but no success. I was told to cast my own spells instead of having another spellcasters do it but I am getting no results at all. Then I'm told I'm not strong enough yet to cast my own spells since I am still new to casting. Can someone please direct me to someone who can help me with casting my spells?
I suggest learning to meditate, and use the techniques of meditation in your spellcasting. Grounding and centering are used in both casting soells and meditation, for example. Energy is Huge when casting spells. Use your own energy, the moon's energy, the sun's energy, the earth's energy. Take it from the universe, trees, plants, crystals.
Cleansing before doing spells helped me immensely when I first began, and it reassured me of my safety and abilities as a witch.
Another reason the spells may not have worked is lack of confidence or intent. If you go through the motions, doing just what is written down, there's no energy, just movement. Put some punch in it, stating over and over what the spell will do. And don't lose belief. Doubt kills spells.
Well, I hope I've given you some advice that will help :)

First and foremost, magic is real. Spells can and do work. And yes, an ordinary person can learn to do magic if they are willing to put the time and effort into the necessary study and practice to both understand what magic can and cannot do and to master the necessary skills.
No, not all spells on this site will work. Many, perhaps even most, of the spells on this site are unlikely to work at all, and all spells in the Fantasy section will not work no matter how hard you try or how much you learn. And on top of that no spell is guaranteed to work 100% of the time. The outcome of a spell is influenced by the knowledge and ability of the caster; whether they are stressed. tired, ill, or just distracted; and sometimes by the Universe just not being manipulated in ways that were expected or desired.
If you're serious about learning how to do magic and with starting from the rock-bottom then you don't start out by casting spells, you start out by learning how and why magic works.
You see, there is no such thing as an "easy" spell or a "beginner" spell. One either understands how magic works and has mastered the basics...in which case the magic will work..or you haven't done that sort of work..and no spell will work no matter how "easy" it seems.
Casting a successful spell involves much more than finding some spell on the internet or in a book, saying some words, lighting a candle, waving a wand of any of that sort of thing. In order for magic to work you need to understand how and why it works in the first place. Grounding and centering, visualization, focus and intent, energy manipulation, etc are all necessary first steps to even begin to have a chance at a spell actually working...and more importantly to prevent a spell from back-firing on you.
So, my advice for anyone who is truly serious is to start by reading a few books and practicing the exercises those books will give you. Once you have mastered the basics you won't need anyone to give you spells, you'll be able to create your own spells that will be far more effective than anything you find on the net. Here's the books I suggest:
"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman
"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar
I agree with the meditation, but also may be that the spells are too advanced for your level at the moment. Maybe start off with simple spells like auras and calming spells.
