hello I have been practicing astral projection for about a week I have made progress with getting into the right state of mind but once I am there I have only ever experienced the heavy vibrations once does anyone have any tips to get that phase of getting out rolling so to speak ?
aWhat method are you using? Perhaps you just need to try a different one. Astral projection can be difficult to manage. Bravo on getting to a higher vibrational state in one week of practice!
the method I am using is the one I which I keep repeating a word of phrase in my head to make the brain (well to make the brain make my body think its asleep) and body think I am asleep then after doing this for a while I experienced the vibrations.
I usually imagine myself looking down on myself, or from a window or someone else's perspective. I don't know if that will help much, but I think you're on the right track!
