Spells to give courage?

Are there any spells to give someone courage?

My... (I have no idea what we are, boyfriend and girlfriend, just dating, long distance? No idea. Just gonna say he's my boyfriend for now) boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship, we see each other once or twice a month, we've been together for 2-3 months, but we both have slight confidence issues, (but he's worse than me) on our previous date, last week, he was going to kiss me for the first time before I left and backed out, and when he admitted it to me the day after, he wouldn't stop mentioning it everyday and night, so I know that his courage issues is really bothering him.
I tried to see if there were any spells to help him have courage but I couldn't find any.
Are there any spells I can use, if so, would there be any consequences to them?

Its not a spell but carrying a tigers eye stone can promote courage.

True courage comes from within and cannot be conjured or manufactured. When it is the right time I am sure he will overcome his insecurities/fear and so will you. Love is a complex thing and your long distance relationship likely keeps you two from becoming as familiar with each other and close as you likely would if you lived nearer to each other. It'll take some time, but you shouldn't try to rush things.
