energy bracelets

so I have received this energy bracelet and I don't get its point dose it help with the flow of energy or what?

Magic bracelets are used to bring energy flow, healing, protection, friendship, peace, and balance to the mind and body and so on.

It also depends on what is the bracelet is made of: Colors, metals, gems, charms, ect has different meanings and properties. A bird charm could mean wisdom and knowledge.....also you can put protection chant on it and so on.

There is a lot to be said of energy bracelets. I know people who swear that a copper bracelet eases the pain of Arthritis. So, if it works, don't "knock it".

wow did not think I would get this much feed back but yea its copper and its got a small little charm looking think that has a flower on it and its got one that says u.s army.
