If you had a spell you were writing, you could use it there. It being a cosmetic product you could use it for a glamour type deal. Or with it being glitter, if you wanted to make someone remember and have to deal with something wrong they'd done, you could use it for that. It's not a traditional ritual thing, but that doesn't mean it's useless.
