What precisely did you want to know? Latin spells work if you understand Latin otherwise you'll just be confused and the. Spell won't work properly. I know fire is good in spells you want instant results from [but you can't control or conjure fire] and bloc magick is not evil, it is used to personalize a spell more.
Blood spells are a serious matter, don't perform a blood spell without the intent of the spell never breaking. A blood spell is permanent and cannot be undone, so I don't recommend them for hexing or cursing. Dedication spells or bonding spells can sometimes call for blood, so perform these with the full intent of never straying from your commitment. Often, blood spells are associated with "black" or "dark" magic, but this is just a myth. Magic is magic and if your intent does harm to no one, and/or if you create a bond with someone who is also willing to receive the bond, then simply be mindful the bond will never cease. Blood spells usually involve invoking the spiritual or earthen realms - even the cosmos to help carry out the intention. I suggest researching your intent and finding out the proper energies to summon. A blood spell must be performed accurately so that unwanted energy is not invoked.

Latin spells are just like any other spell, they are performed with the same amount of intention and energy, but are written or spoken in another language. I always questions spells in another language as, unless you are fluent in the language or have a thorough grasp over word placement, you could be saying something that you don't intent to say.
In terms of blood spells, that could be almost anthing as people add blood into workings for many different purposes, you may want to expand on what you mean by blood spells
