seeing my self....

I saw myself I looked to the left and it was me in my KITCHEN.....what was that all about does that mean im in danger. Doest it mean im going nuts? Before this happened It felt like someone was in my head, or like I was in a trance like I was talking to my self and realized I was talking to myself and it scared me and when I realized I was talking to myself for so long I looked to the left and it was something that looked like me.
