Iso/binaural beats

Hello there, I would like to recomend me some really effective and quick binairal beats I could use, in order to achieve astral projection. My target is, or goig to paralysis stage, or going to lucid dreaming and then escaping but paralysis sounds more simple. Please I need help and fast! I would really aplreciate it if you answer.. Go to you tube and put what you want in the search engine thy have. Something should come up. They have lots of those there. I use them for pain relief.

I do and indeed there are a lot but I don't know if they're accurate.. Also I saw on web that most of them are fake. Do you think if I use music for deep meditation will be the same?
