Forgetting spell

Does anybody know a spell that can make me forget a painful event like it never even happened (i.e. a break-up, a funeral, etc.)?

Nope, sorry.

No sure don't. But copeing with the loss or issue, makes you a stronger person through life. I promise, won't happen over-night but it will!

Technically you can forget something like say if you went through something painful from haviny your feelings hurt or painful events. But it doesnt just go away instantly. It takes time to heal those painful wounds. Time is the essence. Even know time itself can hurt while your still thinking about what happened to you.

But yes its best to always think positive and talk to someone about it. Don't let it get to you. Believe me ive been through a lof stress, anxiety, depression and painful emotions this year. I still deal with it on a daily basis. But i feel with time things hopefully will get better. I know you just have to have faith. Even know its hard. Hope things get better for you!

Aside from a Brain injury,or maybe hypnotherapy you will always remember its coping you need to work on
