Desperate need of help

There was a problem and i ended up transfering all my magick energy into a stone. i dont know how to draw it out and back into me. i need a spell that will let me permanently give me my magick back or a way/advice that will help. If you have any info please tell me

You're thinking way too hard about this and you need to chill out, you're sabotaging yourself and you probably know it on some level. Relax, and you'll feel better. Your energy comes from within and you haven't put it all into the stone, but meditate with it and slowly and calmly draw the energy back into yourself without panicking :) Try some camomile tea or a soothing blend of some kind, and nice music, lighting and candles if you have the means. Make your surroundings beautiful. Sometimes if you're working in the wrong setting and you're not great with maintaining your boundaries stuff like this can happen but you'll be fine
