Safety measures

Hey, guys. Anyone have an idea on how to make a magical object 'safe'? Maybe by making them dangerous to the user and those around them( within certain parameters.)?

I have never heard of anything like that, or if it is even possble.

I would say if you want something to stay safe, find somewhere safe to put it/them.
