You will need 3 pink candles:
Its better if you do it on a friday morning around 12am
Write your full name and his full name and with both of your pictures tie it together with a rope and draw a circle around it.
Lite the candle and focus on the the candle for 30 minute or till it finish burning for better result. Then repeat this word 3 times

i use paul walker as the name but when you are doing it, you will need to insert the person's name where i put paul walker.

After saying those words (How you pronounce those words doesnt matter")
then visualize the 2 of you together happy, sharing time and having a good time as lovers.

Before someone takes this and performs it, I wanna be the source of some reason here, what on Earth does that incantation mean and how can you expect us to simply repeat words you say without knowing their meaning? I can't even tell what language that is, it could be ANYTHING.
And for anyone to make a claim that a love spell (especially one directed at a specific person) has no risk or karma is misleading at best. Any spell done to alter someone's natural path inherently comes with all sorts of negativity. I would advise anyone reading this not to perform it as the OP could have any motive of their own for posting and you could end up with effects you really didn't want.
