Herbs for Speaking Truth

I'm looking for herbs that I can use for a spell to help someone speak the truth. If anyone knows of some herbs that can be used for something like that or any herbs in magick to help with communication I would love some suggestions.

I'd use commanding/compelling herbs (licorice, calamus, bergamot, etc) mixed with deer's tongue ( Liatris odoratissima ) for speech, grind it into a powder and steep in plain vegetable oil for about a month.

Use to anoint a purple candle carved with "tell me the truth" and put on top of a piece of paper with the person's name written on it. To give it some extra zip, you can light the candle on a Thursday during the hour of Jupiter, to add the planetary influences of commanding to your work.

You can also use the powder to scatter in a room where your target will be.

Try saseyfrass tea it good for opening the mind jut be carful it can thin the blood if used in to high of ammounts
