italian witchcraft?

Just discovered my family's history in Italian witchcraft (among other things), as my nonna refers to it, "not stregheria necessarily, but we always looked at it as a sort of Italian gypsies, without the whole ethnic gypsy/romani thing, but the same idea." Very curious as to if anyone has similar roots, I'm very interested in learning.

My Grandmother was very into this
She lived with us the last few years of her life, she taught me just by watching and listening..She died when I was 12 I'm 38 now so there was only a bit I learned and retained from her.

My Nona was Strega and she taught me about it and it is like the goddess Diana and things but it follows the teachings of a woman named Aradia she was the one that somewhat founded the religion in a way but there are different ways of performing this religion there are Catholic things in it and there is gypsy magick but it could be seen as somewhat like an umbrella term
