Divination Vs Pre-Divi...

Can someone explain to me the differences between pre- divination and divination? And what is each used for?

The reason I am asking because it seems that many people have the wrong idea about divination and pre-divination. Please don’t guess, only share your opinion or from knowledge. If it is your opinion, say it’s my opinion. Looking forward to have many responses, since I believe it’s important to know the difference.

Also how do you use each one of them, and for what reasons?
