how do you make a spell??

Soooooooooo I have been wondering and wondering, how do you post a spell??? That question has been pestering me for forever.

To post a spell you have to be in a council position in a coven, the easiest way is through Spell Casters coven, where everyone is automatically in a council position. This however does leave the website open to a huge number of fake spells.
