Hello all

Hello everyone my name is Cynthia. I have recently begun converting to wicca/paganism. It's been very helpful to me. I feel more at peace. I was always told to stay away from witchcraft and all of that. Until I was finally old enough to do research and find out for myself that's not what I was taught. Honestly I'm glad too. For many years I knew that there was something more to me. That i was different about me. I dabbled in witchcraft but as always I stopped because I was afraid of the consequences. Now that i finally know that the something that made me different is exactly what I needed. It all brought me closer to myself. Taught me to except myself. My life so far is amazing. Happiness. Something I never thought I was able to experience fully is now reality and I love it. I'm also finally glad I got to say it as well. I can't really talk to my family about it. I was very excited to find this site also. I understand exactly how you feel. Always felt a little different and apart from those around me. Accepting who and what I was has brought peace and happiness to me. Learning to ground myself and meditate has helped with my anxiety. While it doesn't fix everything it helps you learn and understand more about yourself
