Protection for dark being

A summon spell, she is not necessarily evil, sort of imaginary. Should I still use a circle, will it block her entrance or just prevent her from harming me. Will some evil entity take advantage of the summon spell if I do not use a circle?

When it comes to summoning any entity, one should cast a circle of protection. Depending on where you got your spell from, the text could be flawed and possibly leaving the door open to entities you never expected. But if you believe this entity is only imaginary, why bother trying to summon it? Your mind is already focused on two different perspectives, thus muddling up any magic you intend to accomplish.

What would be the best protection to use that she may pass through but nothing else? She is to be considered dark, but I think she will not harm me, Actually quite personal.
It is actually sort of closer to enchantment or object blessing that she may not necessarily appear.
Is it not that some spell here do reach fictional entities?

Yes: there are spells about contacting fictional entities, even on this site.

But what makes you think they are real? Their being posted on the internet?

Even though all spells do not get properly moved, we do have the categories in the spells section for a reason. There are many just-for-fun posts, as well as spells written by some who simply do not know any better.

I am pretty sure there are entities brought to live by massive number of believers.
Are imaginary does means it exist, just not in our world.
Any way what would be the best protection for this spell?

I have found the lesser banishing Ritual and Bornless ritual
Have helped me in this area and also I always add holy water.

The triangle is actually what contains a being and is the protection from the magician from the ebing, the divine names enclosing it are the protection.

The circle is to contain the energy raised in the rite and to prevent outside energies from leeching off the operation. If one reads the more modern renditions of manuscripts of evocation which are better researched than the usual Mather's/Crowley goetia which everyone seems to follow, then it will be found that the triangle of art rests inside the circle.

The circle is necessary if you are using that system, if not, then it is debatable and up for experimentation. If you don't feel confident in your ability to handle energies summoned and banish accordingly, then you aren't by any means ready to summon/perform evocation.
