Pet

Ok so i feel a little ridiculous asking this but... is there any spell that would enhance a chances of me finding a stray cat somewhere near where I live? I can't adopt as for now and finding a stray would be amazing and basically my only option that lets me have a pet cat.
as i said I don't expect a spell like that to exist (nor that magic can do it), just asking if it does. also it is doesn't exist any tips on how to write it myself?

Hey hon. Honestly if it's a pet that you want as a companion and To help you in life, you might could do a familiar spell to gain a familiar. It takes time and patience. Use what ever you think is necessary such as crystals, candles, pictures, etc. feel your energy moving and manifesting for your wish and spell to be successful. You can learn more about how to make your own spell in the general forums I believe. Just do some research. Also meditate before casting the spell

You could try leaving some catnip outside your door to attract whatever cats are hanging around, no spell necessary. It won't be a familiar though, they're not pets.

Why can't you adopt a cat? I know some people don't have the money, space, parents said no, or can't get to the shelter, but there's also legal reasons, so just curious why you cannot?

You could ask Bast or another deity associated with cats to help you find one. You might consider making a cat house to give any strays shelter from the cold and weather. Leave out some food and water in case as well, but even if you cannot own a cat, at least you are helping a little.
