What was that?

Yesterday accidentally I reached vibrations for astral projection.

I wasn't able to seperate, so I asked help from my spirit guides mentally. They didn't helped me. After a while though, I started to see through my closed eyes, green colours. In nice shape. A lot of green colours.

Could this mean anything??

I think those green shapes where spirits and I they where keeping you from separating. that is so weird and I don't they where intending on affecting you in a positive way, if that happens again picture a blue bubble around you and put lots of energy into it and that should stop them from hurting you or you should ask what they doing, if you want any more advice I am experienced with spirits and guardian spirits. :)
