i really need help

I am very new to this. I am a believer and i want to awaken the power inside of me. How do i do it? I have read a spell last night but it did not work.
Please help me.

Well a spell won't work over night, it takes time for it to work, unless it's fake, and don't start off doing spells off the back. You most do some exercises, opening your chakras, grounding, astral projection...."the basics of magic", fell yourself with knownlage.

Astral Projection is not anywhere near what would be considered "basics". Spells shouldn't be you're starting point, you should first start by learning and understanding a bit more about how Magick works before jumping straight into spells; chances are once you have have actually studied about it, you won't be asking these sort of questions. There is no "power" as this isn't some Hollywood movie, you're a normal individual just as everyone else. Look into General Info at "The Basics" and "Starting Out", keep note that real Magick and it's basis is nothing like what you see on television; so you might as well forget all of that now. It takes time, study, and effort.

Hey can you help me with some small spells that would help me to feel that intense enegry within me. Like i felt it last night. I was doung a spell and first i chanted by seeing the spell and then i could i just chant without seeing it. I held onto a metal and my eyes were closed and i was chanting and i felt this white light beneath my eyes and it felt as if my energy was being sucked iut of my body, it was so intense and after a while i could not chant i felt like my throat was blocked. And then my concentration broke and everything just seemed normal again.
Is it how its suppose to be?
