I NEED HELP

Hi guys and girls, Well i need help... I asked a girl out she said no, but thank god we are still friends at school it can get a little awkward. Well i asked her out and... I still have feelings for her. Even when i say hi to her my heart skips a beat. I dont know what to do. do i wait what? she already said no like last year we have become better friends but i dont know what to do i want to ask her out but.. would that be werid? PLEASE HELP

change ur haircut,practice infront of mirror the moves and especially good jokes...
girls loves boys that make them smile...
try to be as charming as u can and be gentleman
try to get her taste then dress like she likes(btw if she likes females more i reccomend u do not follow this advice!!!)
