past life

i need help remebering my past lives. i remember some of it the rest just isnt comeing to me.

what can i do to get the rest to come?

try meditation and build up on visuals if u get stuck message me and i will talk u throught it as some times it can be tricky

What helped for me was to find someone or actually more than one person i felt i had a connection with in a past life, it's almost as if twice the energy makes the connection to the past stronger.

I don't try to bother with my past life cause I like who I am now at this moment.
