So I'm in a huge pickle. I live at the ground floor of a 3 bedroom apartment. The neighbor on the third store. Keeps throwing beer caps, garbage, cig buts, even dead animals into are yard and at the door. We called authorities, they said they talked to him. But he denied it. We even had a few of our neighbors catch him in the act including me. But they still wont take action. So we ignored it. When out there the other day I found bones an meat. I picked them up and through them out. I also found more cig butts and beer caps.
All of a sudden now, OurChihuahua is puking, having seizures, Her pooh is runny like brown water, She is not going pee, Wont drink water and has ate nothing. We took her to the vet to find out she has been poisoned. The vet asked my mom they can save her but she needs to pay 2000 dollars. My mom is on disability. She has no family but me. They then told her she has been poisoned and to sign papers that she knows the consequences of what will what without proper treatment as in death.
This infuriates me. We just moved in here, signed a lease. Never met this guy and dont even know him. We even asked to put up security footage and the landlords said it isn't allowed. We talked to fellow neighbors an they have said the previous lady moved out because of similar situations and she had enough. I can go on about this situation and everything this old man has done / been doing. But the reason I am writing this is because I would like to know of any spells that may revert all the negative energy he has done towards my mom and I back towards him. preferably ones that people have used and have success with. I don't care if it for some reason does the same to me because I haven't done anything wrong and have nothing to worry about. I'm just so upset that a life is going to be lost. Who could do this to an animal.
Well, usually I'm completely against this sort of thing, but this animal wad completely innocent and undeserving, so maybe try a 'revenge spell'. If he truly is a 'bad' person, it will send him negative energy and hopefully he'll end up punished. Also, I suggest calling the police again. Gather your witnesses, and go to see him with them. I too am against this sort of thing, But this animal never deserved it. I mean hey if you hate me or my mom that much yell at us, keep throwing your garbage and doing whatever but dont take an innocent life. I would never do that to someones pet. We called the cops and they said they cant do nothing because its all hear say. We need concrete evidence, pictures of him or videos of him throwing the meat. They said if they believed every ones word anyone can throw anyone in jail. I'm just at my wits end especially with the dog dying . thank you very much. anybody else have any spell suggestions,
I don't think it's Karma. Your dog friend didn't do anything in order to pay. It could be a simple disease, also the negative energy may has influenced her. But it's not Karma, Karma is like the punishment to bad actions.

Karma isn't very legal. Bad people don't always get punished, so you all don't count on that. Nodnarb, if I were you, I would be the Karma..I would make the Karma happen... And especially in this case? I would be a Really, Bad, Karma....
