Phases of Moon

What i want to ask is does the waxing or waning moon can subconciously be the reason of fall or rise in the spiritual energy of a person.Consider him/her being in a state of conflict restlessness during the waning phases or new moon, and being spiritually active healthy during waxing or full moon.Thanks in advance.
