Need help with psychic abilities!
I have a bit of a sixth sense, I see spiritual creatures, spirits etc sometimes, I get gut feelings alot, and sometimes I feel like I can "read" people, not really by reading minds (although sometimes) usually by.. Hmm.. Well I guess I could say their energy? I am naturally an Empath also. But I need help because I dont know where to start. How do I develop these abilities? How do I have prophetic dreams and vivid dreams? How do I astral project? I really need help with all Psychic topics really. If anybodys willing to help me id appreciate it so so very much. I'm not a beginner Witch by the way, I'm just still learning. I guess Witches learn all the time. Blessings and thanks ~
Don't rush it. Only try to develop them if you feel really ready. You may already know this, but in case you don't.
Meditate. Not just for fifteen minutes whenever you don't have anything better to do. Try to meditate for at least half an hour daily, if not longer. There are tracks on YouTube that you can listen to while meditating that can help develop these abilities farther.
As far as people, observe. Look at random people on the street and try to determine their emotional state and their energy level.
Some people believe that setting amethyst next to your bed can help with astral projection.

Meditation can be difficult for many people. Try different methods, as there are tons out there. I found that practicing "mindfulness" was very beneficial to me. Sometimes meditating to the sound of dripping water, a thunderstorm, white noise such as a fan, or some other simple noise can also help. It really depends on what you are trying to achieve with your meditation.
I also can see and hear things others don't I have a hard time meditating so I use youtube it really helps me to meditate. I have a book I read

Hello, I know what you are feeling.. I myself have a few extra things in my self as far as psychic abilities. The most important thing for you when starting out is not to jump and get overwhelmed. When someone finds out that they have a sixth sense ability or abilities that want to try everything under and over the rainbow. But one thing I want to point out is those of us in the world with a sixth sense ( natural ), because everyone can hone in and work there way to a sixth sense. Is to know where you start and end. And what I mean with that is there are so many different things a person can do. Start with seeing where your strengths and weaknesses are at .

You could start by , looking at the different types of psychic and claryoint abilities. Then she where your strengths and weaknesses are. But it is very important you know that, so when you go to strengthen them you don't push yourself to far.
Studying and learning is what will help you the most. There are many great sites out there that explain the difference types and such, and many people here that you can turn to for specific help ...
