A Legal Question.
By:
About 48 hours ago, I went to a district magistrate's office for the charge of "trespassing." They charge me with "trespassing" because my wife ( whom I am seperated from) Invited me over to watch our son while she went out.
Her landlord, who's a lesbian and hates me becuase of my letters to the editor against the Gov't. and homos, called the police stating that she forbids my presence in my wife's house that she rents, and the landlord doesn't even live there!
Well, the state police not only knocked my 8 year old son aside when entering the door without a warrant, claiming the landlord has all power, but then got up in my face as if to kiss me or start a fight to give me more charges!
I left the house. I went to the hearing at the magistrates, and as I sat outside the door, me and the others that were there heard the cops and the magistrate sayig and laughing, "Eff" him! He's a @#%! Yea, be hard on him!" And the magistrate was heard saying," Ill tell him I knew you guys for years and never knew you to tell a lie! And then I'll rip his ass up!"
When they opened the door and saw me with my ear up next to it, and the other people in the hall looking at them, their mouths fell open. I walked in and said, " My, that was quite the interesting conversation that you three just had!" At which, the magistrate turned red faced and ran out saying, " I exclude myself from this hearing."
Now, I am waiting for a new one from a different judge, any suggestions?

Cast a fair judge spell. The landlord has little to no say about who ur wife has over. If she was anykind of lanlord she would keep her mouth shut.sure she could make ur wife misarble for a while. To qoute a law book. As long as u weren't being destructive on the propety.ex destorying the house. And invited on the propety u have all legal right to be there.
U could counter sue the officer for garming ur son
