I have not done Magick is in a very long time, and I felt the need to continue again, the thing is, I have lost my way of how I did Magick, and I have been studying again, and began to start casting again, but what I could do before I had forgotten how, so any tips would be greatly excepted, thank you.

just keep practicing, it will take time since it's like reworking a muscle you have neglected. practice energy work [shielding, charging, grounding, psi balls] the more energy [as well as focus] the stronger the spell.

To add to the above, read information about subjects you've already learned about to help you remember them.
