Question regarding pentag

Why would I subconsciously draw a pentagram?

What do you mean by subconsiously draw it? Were you actively automatic writing? Were you just doodling without paying attention?

It really does depend on the context and how you feel about the pentagram as to why you would draw it, so that's a difficult question to answer. Probably it was just on your mind.

ask your subconscious, it has a better answer than we do since, you know, it's your subconscious.

if you mean you saw it in a dream or were doodling or whatever, it could just mean your mind was wandering and you thought about it. maybe you've been surrounded by this symbol a lot lately, perhaps you wish to learn more, or maybe it has a symbolic meaning to you [it is used for protection, maybe you feel afraid] in any case, why your subconscious would have you draw a pentagram no one can answer that but you, so you might want to reflect and meditate.

Nekoshema makes great points; also, find out if it was a summoning pentagram or a banishing pentagram, it might be significant :)

Also, though, you might just have been doodling :P Stars and pentagrams are something I often draw subconsciously myself

How would I go about asking my subconscious?

I was sitting with my sister and a friend talking about religion. I was doodling and out of nowhere my friend and sister stopped me and when I looked at it, it was a pentagram.
