Hi, this was hard to talk about and put out there but I'm finally doing it. So, my entire like I've always been a bit of a crier/ very emotional person. I've always let things get to me and never NOT shedded a tear. Been bullied most of my life and still held grudges, and always think about what people did/said. This resulted into making me not confident and feel "crappy", and sometimes a debby downer. Always living in fear I didn't get to experience a lot of things like short and cute outfits because thoughts of not appearing attractive in them got to me.
Not only that but me crying and being an emotional person, has pushed me further away from my family. I don't really get invited over their houses like I use to and I miss the fun times we had. They think I'm weak, and I believe it too. Being a woose had gotten me into a few altercations with some family members too. (Anger problems which stems off of the past and everything ) .
I really don't want to use any spells to force them into being close with me again or anything even though I still want them back, like it use to be. I'm like a walking disaster. But I've always felt left out of things and the loser of the pack. Not only family but friends, and in life. I feel like I'm always ruining everything even though I don't, or don't think. I'm a quiet person but love making people laugh, smile, and generally happy. I wantpeople to enjoy my company.
I always cry, and I want to be stronger. I want to be confident. I want people to love having me around. My aunt even recommended therapy but with what money? I don't really know what to do so please help. You all have a blessed day.
I would like a chant, spell, or prayer that will help strengthen my emotional state for the better. I want to have a positive mindset in any situation and know that it will get better. But, it seems that there's so much regret and doubt overpowering it.
Changing your mindset to a positive one is not something you get from a spell. Your mindset and emotions are a habit. They are a pattern of thinking within your subconscious mind and they can be changed. Not with a spell, or a chant, but by your own conscious effort.
There are several things that can help you change this pattern. The problem is that it takes time. It is not an instant change. But, if you apply some simple exercises you can change them in less than a month.
First, start looking at your emotions and feeling as something separate from you. Observe them objectively. When you notice that you are feeling the way that you want to change just stop and say "I choose to feel _____." Insert what ever feeling you would like to have. Then, consciously try to feel that way. It will probably not change the way you feel the first time, or the second, but eventually it will start to change. You are reprogramming your subconscious mind to perform the way you want it to. Don't stop, and don't say it isn't working. Stay positive about the process and it will work.
The second thing is to get a notepad or spiral notebook and pen. Keep it beside your bed and only use it for this one thing. Every night before you go to bed write out, in cursive, how you want to feel. Do this ten times. Then, put it down, turn off the light and go to sleep. You want this to be the last thing in your mind when you go to sleep. First, writing in cursive is what is called an ideomotor response. You don't think about making each letter when you write in it. You just think about the word and your hand writes it. That means that your subconscious is doing the writing, therefore the thought must already be in the subconscious. Then you go straight to bed. The reasoning part of your brain does not have the chance to reason out the thought from the subconscious, so it stays in there. This is a very powerful method of reprogramming your subconscious.
The most important thing you need to realize is that any thing you feel emotionally is a choice. You either chose consciously to feel a certain way or you choose unconsciously. The unconscious choice is based off of previous conscious choices which are stored in the subconscious memory. To change the way you feel on an unconscious level you have to change the programing. But, you can, at any time, make the conscious choice to feel a certain way. You are not ruled by your emotions and patterns. You can control them and change them. You have always had the ability to do so. All you have to do is chose to.
Taking control of your thoughts and emotions will halp you magically as well. Your astral body is also the body of emotions, and the Mental body is the body of thoughts. By learning to take control of them, you are also learning to take control of these bodies. This will help you in both casting or ritual work and in scrying or traveling in the astral form.
I was an always 'out there' person but ever since I moved houses I have changed physicaly and emotionally. I can understand where you come from.
Now, to answer your question. I believe that instead of looking towards magic, which could or couldn't work, you should seek professional help. I recommend that you see a psychiatist.

You must experience a weak mental strength before you learn how a strong one is supposed to be and what you need to do to get to that level..
You must experience Darkness before you know what" light" is..

Make your sigil out of that and your higher self will help you on that which you need.
