When you mean a pact, do you mean like creating a group that worships him or something like a blood pact? As long as you do not deny God as your God you should be fine, but you also have to follow the ten commandments, number 2 being "thou shall bring no false idols before me." It also depends in what you believe, if you believe you will be saved even after breaking a commandment, then you will be fine, if not then probably not wise to make a pact with Khepri.

Why exactly do you wish to make a pact with Kephri and what do you hope to gain from it? Knowing that would help us give you more appropriate answers to your question.

I am curious as to know why you want to make a pact with Kephri as Lark pointed out but it doesn't change the answer to your question which is yes regardless if your intent is to form a group to worship or be in service of Kephri or if you wish to make a a divine promise. You are free to do either but doing the latter does not gurantee that Kephri will even listen to your proposal or whether Kephri will accept it.

As for your second question that can only be answered by you as you and you alone dictate your relationship with God (or the supreme being, divine spark, will of creation etc.) and as noted it is your own belief of slavation that determines your entance into the kingdom of heaven. If you hold the belief that you are worthy then you have the possibility of reaching heaven.
