The best way to start is to get the body and mind in a physiological routine so the individual should go to bed early, wake up early. They should eat healthily, especially incorporating g leafy greens or nuts like almonds into their diet. Then if you wanted to go from there... look up herbs that correspond to the moon and venus and perhaps try working with them. Beyond this is a myriad of methods applicable to help pertaining to that which is and is not occult.
