Dried Blood

Does dried blood have the same magickal effect as fresh blood? If not, how does it differ? And what can I use it for?

I would imagine it does. It is still blood, if only old. If anything, it may not be as potent as if it were fresh. Generally it is used as a physcial represention of the individual or source from which it came. It can be used in spells and rituals for healing, protectin, etc just like any other tool. It would just be focused on healing or protecting the person it came from.
