Your body has been made with the Perfect balance, trust me. If you enter it you will destroy the balance and this will lead to serious problems and maybe physical death.

I don't know if it's possible; it requires Huge skills of energy and obviously a huge amount of it... Maybe you can't because we may be forbidden from the Universe to enter our bodies. However, if you want to heal yourself this is entirely possible.

It depends on the changes you want to create.
